A 60-acre ranch will be repurposed into a new campus for The Kohala Center headquarters, conference center, and farm for experience based learning, research, and knowledge exchange. It will house administrative offices, and additional facilities for a Research and Conference Center for Scholars, Scientists, and Contemplatives.
This project is a renovation of an existing incubator facility, a building of approximately 3000 square feet will be remodeled and restored and an additional incubator facility, a new building of approximately 6000 square feet will be built. Both will support daily operations of TKC with additional areas for meetings, workshops, lectures, banquets, and communal life.
The program will also include special guest accommodations for 30-60 residential guests in existing buildings to be restored in future phases.
