Phase 2 : The Owners intended to expand and reconceive the business model.  On adjacent properties, 1.5 acres, Miracle Manor will add 25 guest rooms, an owners’ duplex, 2 additional mineral pools, and a meeting-dining room for guests serviced by a commercial kitchen. The original 6 guest rooms will be converted into a full service spa with treatment rooms, communal spaces and administration. 

 

It will become a midsize exclusive retirement facility for independent and assisted living.
